Shipping policy

 All orders are packaged with care in our studio in Copenhagen to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.

Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking number for your shipment.

If choosing PICK-UP IN WORKSHOP, you will receive an email to coordinate a time and day for your pick-up, as our workshop does not have regular opening hours. The pick-up per default take place at:

1. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

(a.o.t.) will perform the required custom declarations.

Please note: Depending on the regulation of the destination country, your order might be subject to additional custom fees or local taxes. All taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

(a.o.t.) does not cover extra storage or shipping costs that may result from lack of custom clearance or duty/tax payment. For more information regarding customs, taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

2. ADITTIONAL INFORMATION

We try our best to ensure timely delivery however, please note that it may take up to 5 business days to process and package your order.
